  • James Hotston - Business

    James has always worked in the field of account management having started his career working for the world’s two largest technology providers MCI & Global Crossing since leaving the international boarding school, Royal Russell which he attended until the age of 18.

    James started his career in recruitment in 2004 working for an Global IT & Telecoms recruitment agency predominately placing candidates in the IT contract market. James grew and developed one of the most prestigious contractor accounts developing strong and sustainable customer relationships.

    During this period, James designed, managed and implemented a bespoke web recruitment portal which was successfully used by one of his largest accounts in the government sector. Making the recruitment process on a larger scale, easier and cost effective for his clients to track and manage. James has a solid background in developing good relationships and listens to what his customers want. Having spent the past 9 years providing staffing solutions to a wide range of enterprises James has always aspired to have his own recruitment company to install quality values.

  • James Hotston - Personal

    James has been with his partner for 10 years and, they have 2 children, a boy of 7 and girl of 5, who keep him busy for most of his weekends. Since the age of 8, James has competed in Golf competitions and likes nothing more when he has spare time to get out on the course. He now enjoys passing the skills he has developed on to his son who also has a keen interest in golf and hopefully he will be the next Rory Mcilroy.

    James is personally proud of raising money for the Royal Marsden cancer charity in honour of his good friend’s mum. He raised £30,000 by meeting his golfing idols to help by signing a golf bag and then selling raffle tickets to raise money for the charity.

    As a keen and competitive sports person, he is always playing table tennis, squash and Golf to help keep him feeling healthy and active to keep up with his children.


  • Patrick Feast - Business

    Patrick completed a BA honours in Business and Marketing before starting his career in IT recruitment in 2001. Having worked his way through the recruitment career path, he built and managed a team from 2 to 12 consultants over 18 months helping them to develop and carve out successful careers in recruitment.

    Having worked in both the contractor and permanent market, Patrick has gained an extensive background in candidate management skilfully understanding and matching the correct needs from both client and candidates.

    Heavily focusing his career in the IT sector and understanding the infrastructure and storage/security sector, Patrick has worked with a vast number of established and recognised companies. He has kept his one goal in mind from the start planning to have his own recruitment agency that was successful and different.

  • Patrick Feast - Personal

    Having been competing in amateur boxing competitions from the age of 9, Patrick prefers to use his boxing skills to keep fit nowadays, and loves training with his son of 7 who he spends every weekend with training, and taking to play in his Chelsea football youth team.

    At every opportunity Patrick loves to tell his past story of being a music DJ /producer, having created and produced underground compilations with well-known artists. At the age of 18 he was signed by go/ beats/ ftl recordings to produce four records and appeared weekly on local radio stations and also did guest slots on Kiss FM, Radio One and Choice FM. Writing for a well-known magazine in the music industry for 2 years promoting up and coming artist Patrick has a heart for helping others to achieve their goals. Patrick still has a keen interest in music and will relive the past whenever possible.


  • Alan Feast - Business

    Alan began his business career in the early 70's, and immediately turned to sales and business development after an education that had centred upon maths and engineering. Working for large IT companies and system integrators, including an 18 year stint at Logica where he was one of a small team delivering ecommerce strategy and training to the sales force globally, he has concentrated on honing and developing his business development skills. From early days selling office equipment, learning the core business of winning business, to more recent times leading virtual teams to win multi-million pound outsourcing deals, he has majored on solution selling to create and deliver value for all involved.

    His more recent work in HR and Recruitment Process Outsourcing has led to a desire to help build a business based upon traditional values coupled with latest initiatives and technology - one based upon real trust, and shared objectives, with like-minded individuals who are passionate about the service they deliver.

  • Alan Feast - Personal

    His love of family and friends, and of cooking and entertaining, means that he is pretty active socially, but he still finds time to get involved in several local initiatives and charities. He has developed a knack of chairing various committees and enterprises - and still believes his toughest training was being Chair of the PTA at his children's primary school! He now chairs a local charity called FACE, involved in fundraising for children and young adults with cancer, and also for the south London branch of the Motor Neurone Disease Association. Similarly he chairs a committee at Mosaic Clubhouse, which helps people with long term mental illness get back into full time employment.

    Perhaps still stuck in the 80's on the motoring front (the family still have 2 Ford Capris as their everyday drivers, including 1 owned from new) Alan occasionally takes his supercharged 1956 MGA out for a spin with one of his family. That was bought in 1975, just before he got married to Julia, and he spent about 15 years rebuilding it while Patrick, Robert, Liam & Siobhan were growing up. He says it kept him sane...
