Having worked for large recruitment companies over many years, the directors of Harris decided they wanted to progress and make their mark on the recruitment industry. They wanted to do this by setting up their own successful organisation which should provide absolutely first class service to the IT sector, but with several key differences based on their own previous experiences.
- All of the company should benefit from a meaningful work-life balance, enjoying family and friends time, without feeling as if they were constantly tied to a desk;
- There should be no empty promises of career progression
- Everyone should enjoy life, and especially the day-to-day environment they spend so much of their time in.
With these key aims they have created a great working environment based on respect for others, injecting fun into achieving targets by allowing staff to manage their own time, supporting individuals to develop, alongside training brand new starters in the field of recruitment.
One of our aims within the company is to achieve an environment where employees always want to come to work – not because they have to!
