Job: Infrastructure Engineer

Harris Global are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry leading client who are looking to hire an Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will possess strong 3rd line skills but will also be willing and able to carry out hands on 2nd line responsibilities such as desk moves.

Key skills will include:

• 6-7 years’ experience in technical support
• ITIL and Prince 2 frameworks desirable
• MSCE – desired or equivalent experience
• Focused experience as a 2nd/3rd line technician
• VMware
• Powershell
• Office 365, Azure, MS Teams
• Microsoft Windows 10 and server environments, SQL, PC builds, Active Directory, PowerShell, Citrix, VMware and Storage
• Networking, design, WAN, LAN, SCCM, DFS/DFSR, GPO, SCCM, DNS, DHCP, IP telephony-SIP, open-DNS, VLAN’s
• Strong IT troubleshooting skills in relation to end user support and Back End Servers
