Harris Global are currently looking for an IT Collaboration Service Manager to join our global client on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have prior experience working as a Service Manager within an IT team, they will also possess strong expertise working with the Microsoft 365 Collaboration platform with a strong focus on Teams, Sharepoint and e-mail.

Reporting to the Global Head of ICT Operations they will also be responsible for the complete life cycle of the collaboration tool suite. Including driving adoption of the collaboration tools across the whole organisation.

Skills required:

  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Broad understanding of a business or service environment and awareness of the factors that influence business decisions and strategy
  • Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 Collaboration platform with a focus on Teams, Sharepoint & E-Mail (related certifications a plus)
  • Experience in a role as Service Manager in a global IT organization
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills
  • ITIL/ISO20000 certification (or other IT Service Management related) a plus
  • Ability to communicate openly and effectively with Senior Management, Business Units Management, with other IT Managers, with staff, etc.
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Fluent command of oral and written English as the corporate language; knowledge of any other language would be an advantage
