Harris global are currently recruiting for a Product Owner to join a FTSE media organisation in central London.
You will be working alongside developers, QAs, architects and system admins gathering requirements, documenting implementations and assisting in the delivery of products to the business. Delivering digital capabilities and provide technical support for all the functions across the organisation
You will be:
- Creating, maintaining and communicating roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Formally documenting requirements so that they remain understandable for the business to subscribe to, while sufficiently comprehensive, structured and technically oriented to be translated into technical solutions by development team(s)
- Ensuring that requirements documents are delivered to the highest standards
- Highlighting risks as they become evident
- Assisting Product Managers and Technical Leads in meeting project milestones through timely delivery of key artefacts
Skills and Qualifications
- Salesforce platform experience – 2 years plus
- Experience of taking ownership of a product roadmap and working with one or more development teams
- Agile backlog and sprint management including estimation, backlog management, sprint planning and sprint review
- Able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to truly understand the underlying needs of the business
- Ability to self-motivate, use initiative and take responsibility for the delivery of products and services
- Experience with common BA artifacts including:
- Customer focused approach ensuring that changes delivered provide value to the business
