Job: Senior Test Analyst

Harris global are working closely with a market leading financial institution based in central London who are looking to hire a Senior Test Analyst/Test Lead paying competitive salary and excellent benefits including flexible working. Key requirements include:

• Highly motived self-starter with high-level experience as a hands on Lead Test Analyst.
• Experienced in leading and coaching other test analysts
• Writing test cases using Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) in Cucumber.
• Strong experience in planning, monitoring and controlling testing activities
• Structured Exploratory Testing with relevant tools (especially XRAY Exploratory Testing App)
• Experienced in writing manual test scenarios, cases/scripts to desired levels of details to meet time and resources available.
• Experienced in developing and updating test plans and coordinating testing activities between internal business Functions
• Defect management – providing good defect definition reports and resolution tracking within JIRA.
• Test management tools (XRAY for JIRA a bonus) for test definition and results reporting
