Harris Global are currently recruiting on behalf of our market leading client who are looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst to join their Manchester team.

Role will include, but not be limited to:

1st line technical support – Incident Management
Providing excellent customer service to the business
Working within SLAs
User password resets
Granting access to folders/application
Managing life cycle hardware process
Staff MACs (Moves, Adds, Changes)
Admin support for IT order portal and IT hub

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

A very high level of customer service
Current Helpdesk/IT Support experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware support
Windows 7 and Windows 10 support experience
Knowledge of iPhone/Android phone
Knowledge of Microsoft products eg Office etc
Knowledge of Lotus Notes (desirable)
Knowledge of Active Directory
Basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting
Must have ITIL experience
