An urgent contract role has arisen with a market leading organisation Training Content Manager to support the implementation of a new wealth management Back Office platform. The role holder will report to the Training & Communications Lead and will work alongside a number of other teams, key stakeholders and the business to develop engaging, relevant and detailed training to be delivered via a number of channels.

Manage the content delivery plan:

– Manage the training approach and content development plan for the delivery of Programme related training
– Work with key stakeholders, SMEs, business analysts, testers and other product/programme subject matter experts to understand, define and develop training materials to support the new IT platform and aligned processes.
– Responsible for managing the delivery of content from a network of across teams and technical specialists in line with the Training Content plan

Previous experience of designing and developing bespoke training materials and transposing technical information into digestible content for a variety of roles
