Harris Global are on the lookout for an Application Support Specialist to join our FS client on a permanent basis. You will possess strong Windows and SQL expertise and ideally have worked with D365. Candidates who have a strong FS background will be highly desirable.

Skills:

• Have previous experience in an IT Application Support role.
• Experience of applying logical and systematic trouble-shooting techniques of application support issues.
• CRM (deep dive) application support
• Strong Windows and SQL skills
• Financial business understanding ideally from working in the financial sector.
• End to end application functionality knowledge; be able to demonstrate clear understanding of patterns of business activity, user journeys and application capabilities.
• Experienced with Microsoft server platform.
• Willingness to commit for a period of intense incident-resolution.
• Available for on-call technical escalation overnight and weekends.
• Willingness to liaise with software vendors to investigate issues/manage upgrades and changes.
• Willingness to speak to key business and management stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
