Harris Global are on the lookout for a Business Analyst to join our client, a well known education provider, on a permanent basis.

You will have a strong business analysis background, prior experience in the education sector and ideally possess Salesforce, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud skills.

Skills will include:

• Extensive experience of business analysis including requirements gathering, impact analysis, gap analysis, workshop facilitation, process mapping, business process re-engineering and requirements definition, user story writing, conceptual thinking
• Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience is highly desirable
• Must have a passion for Education and a real interest in the Education Sector
• Experience of end-to-end lifecycle BA support from feasibility, business case through delivery and operational support into BAU
• Experience across the entire SDLC
• Experience of working on Waterfall, incremental and AGILE programmes
• Experience of using standard Business Analysis techniques
• Experience of working on Salesforce delivery projects
• Skilled and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office suite esp. MS Visio and MS SharePoint as a document/knowledge management tool
• Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Miro and any other requirement capture, and design tools also preferred
