Harris Global are currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Engineer to join a leading media organisation on an initial 2 month contract in their London office.
Key skills required
- In depth knowledge and experience of setting up and supporting PC and/or Mac hardware and OS (Windows 10 & 11 and Mac OSX).
- Dealing with a wide range of people working under pressure.
- Good customer service.
- Good understanding of the following: web-based applications; Google Workspace applications; Adobe InCopy, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; Microsoft Office; and all major web browsers.
- Good understanding of Active Directory, SCCM and/or JAMF.
