Harris global are currently recruiting for a Fraud Analyst to join an insurtech company on a hybrid basis based in London.

What We Are Looking For

• You will be responsible for detecting and combating Fraud across all areas of Insurance including but not limited to Employee, Customer, Provider, and Third-Party Administrators.
• As a Counter fraud analyst, you will work with the Technical Underwriting & Fraud Manager to design, implement, and maintain analysis & strategies for internal and external fraud detection and monitoring of underwriting operations.
• You will produce analysis and implement underwriting rules
• You will also handle internal underwriting and fraud referrals

Desirable

• General insurance underwriting and fraud prevention experience gained with an Insurer, Broker, MGA or TPA.
• You will have proven experience in Motor insurance fraud prevention in the UK market
• Good knowledge of general insurance underwriting
• Intermediate skills in Tableau and Python are preferred
• Experience of using sanctions checking and suspicious activity reporting
• Experience of working with Fraud databases like iovation & Threatmetrix is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle complex casework, including dealing directly with customers
