Harris Global are currently recruiting for an Infrastructure Designer to join a leading stock exchange and financial information company on a fully remote basis. This is an initial 3-month daily rate contract with the likelihood of extensions.

Responsibilities

• You will be working within a team of 6 designers building out an infrastructure design for a VMware based private cloud for a highly regulated customer.
• This private cloud is a secondary infrastructure to support their French environment so will be able to take some of the workings of the initial private cloud in the United Kingdom.
• The individual will be working amongst a wider team with skills in DevOps, Automation, VMware NSX/vCloud Foundation and Support Designs/Models.

Skills Required:

• Strong Design experience
• Working collaboratively in teams
• English language skills
• HPE Synergy platform (Essential)
• Pure Storage Flash Array platform (Essential)
• VMware vCloud Foundation (basic knowledge only is nice to have)
