Harris Global are currently on the lookout for an IT Support Engineer to work for one of our clients in the travel industry. This is a permanent opportunity based near London Bridge working on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Windows, with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for provisioning users, systems, and relevant equipment across the business
Look after the ABTA Service Desk, ensuring support processes are followed
Provide exceptional, high quality, accurate customer service first time and in every interaction
Work closely with the CRM and Website Support Engineer to develop the ABTA Service Desk
Support the ABTA IT system and telephone system
Provide support to users including applications such as MS Office (Outlook etc)
Keep protection systems (eg anti-virus) up to date
Act as an escalation point for the IT Support Assistant
Support the rest of the IT team when needed.
Experience Required
- Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Server Systems, specifically Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and associated technologies
- Experience of backup systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, at all levels, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products
- Strong customer service ethos.
