Harris Global are currently on the lookout for a Lead Project Manager to join our Wealth Management client on a permanent basis.

Candidates will have technical ability at a conceptual level (understand the meaning of APIs, Data Warehousing & Mastering and System Integration) but will have also worked on a number of business, regulatory and resilience projects.

Candidates who do not possess recent experience working within a Wealth Management organisation will not be considered!

Technical Requirements:

• Experience delivering a number of projects concurrently within a Wealth Management organisation.
• Must have an understanding of API's, Data Warehousing and System Integrations
• Proven team leadership and experience developing the careers of other Project Managers and Business Analysts.
• Strong planning, risk management and organisational skills.
• Must have a technical background
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, with an ability to present effectively and professionally.
• Ability to produce clear written material and communicate technical information in a straightforward manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management Qualifications eg PRINCE2, APM PMQ.
• Experience delivering initiatives using the Agile Framework (Scrum).
• Experience of system design/architecture and ability to challenge Business Analysts and Developers on technical proposals.
• Awareness of SaaS technologies and infrastructure hosting options.
• Ability to take the initiative, be assertive and think strategically to deliver high quality solutions in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
