Harris Global are currently looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our leading Financial Services client on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will lead a team of Integration Software Engineer, remaining hands on whilst also mentoring and managing. Candidates must have prior Team Lead experience and strong C#, .NET and Azure expertise.

Skills will include:

• 5 + years Software Engineering experience in software, application and integration architecture
• 1+ year in a Technical Team lead role.
• Awareness of Security/Vulnerability coding standards
• Expert knowledge of modern Integration engineering technologies and methodologies
• Expert understanding of CI/CD principles (hands-on experience of Azure DevOps is desirable)
• Expert knowledge of engineering best practices and principles
• Expert knowledge of testing frameworks, unit testing best practices and TDD
• Strong commercial experience of agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Hands-on experience of C#/.NET Core/.NET 6
• Good experience of Docker and Azure Container Registry (inc. on-going vulnerability management)
• Microsoft Azure (inc. Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, Azure App Services, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure AD, Azure SQL, Azure Container Instance)
• BizTalk 2016 onwards
• SQL Server 2016 onwards, including T-SQL, SSRS
• Experience working across multiple projects.
• Must have solid understanding of development tools and techniques to perform development planning, analysis and test execution.
• Should have experience working with both in-house and vendor developed applications, including cloud based solutions.
