Harris Global are currently on the look out for a Project Manager, to join our Data Analytics client on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have prior experience working on customisation and system changes and refining user experience on products.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage all phases of a project from initiation through to completion including project close and handover to business as usual
• Deliver all assigned projects to agreed scope, time and quality
• Support and structure new projects and product launches to ensure a robust governance process, well defined roles and responsibilities and optimized delivery
• Technically project manage and coordinate the technology teams (Design, UX/UI, Software development) as well as coordinate the overall end-to-end process
• Support individual workstreams with project delivery when needed to ensure the project runs smoothly
• Manage internal or third-party project resources to ensure that they are working effectively to deliver project outcomes.
• Manage and mitigate project risks and issues to reduce impacts on delivery.
• Follow Global Data governance processes to ensure adequate project management documentation, reporting and plans are in place
• Support the creation, maintenance and improvement of project management processes, procedures, tools and people
• Liaise and update senior stakeholders on the status of projects
• Track the project deliverables and match those with agreed deadlines
• Report on success criteria for delivered projects by measuring results

Key skills will include:

• Proven experience working as a Project Manager, with a blend of commercial, digital or IT transformation experience
• Proficiency with MS365, MS Project and Jira
• Project Management qualification preferred
• Excellent Project Management skills
• An understanding of the product development process, including Design, UX/UI and Back-End development is preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, to cope with fast-pace and change
• Desire to learn new skills
• Knowledge of technology and digital systems
• Solution driven, critical thinker and problem solver
• Strong written/verbal/oral communicator at all levels
