Harris Global are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a tech scale up in the AI space, who are looking to hire a Salesforce Architect on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background working with Salesforce and may be a Senior/Lead Administrator, looking to move in to the architecture space. Candidates will also have experience integrating Salesforce with tools such as SalesLoft, HubSpot and Calendly.

This role will own the tech stack from architecture and business day-to-day operations. Driving change, providing key insights and covering implementation and delivering the tools and systems they will also work to develop best in class processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Salesforce certified
  • Design and architecture experience within Salesforce
  • Experience working across Salesforce integrations
  • Knowledge of SalesLoft, Calendly, HubSpot
  • Extensive knowledge integration and API configurations and connections
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce
  • Extensive knowledge of software systems and processes
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal
  • Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Expert ability to plan and facilitate meetings.
  • Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
  • Strong negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
  • Highly developed training, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Expert ability to consult or provide guidance on complex matters to non-specialists; ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
  • Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment.
