Harris Global are currently recruiting for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our leading Market Research client in their Central London office. This is a permanent role with hybrid working opportunities. The successful candidate will possess strong experience business analysis expertise, working across an array of Infrastructure and Security projects. Any experience leading a team of BA's will be highly beneficial.

Key responsibilities include:

• 5+ years experience working as a Technical Business Analyst
• Experience working with the business and IT on change projects
• Working with teams that have global reach
• Must have proven experience as a Senior BA, ideally leading small teams
• Proven experience working on Infrastructure and Information Security projects throughout their career
• Drive the analysis and collection of information to create recommendations for service improvements
• You know how to gather insight from senior stakeholders and communicate modelling results clearly to them
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the target operating model and identify the impact on operational service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working within Data Intelligence or Market Research organisations is highly desirable
