Harris Global are currently looking for a Service Now Developer to join our FTSE250 Wealth Management client on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have in depth knowledge of Service Now and have at least 3 years' experience working in the development and/or administration of Service Now.

Skills

• 3-5 years' experience working in development and/or administration of ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• Experience of integration with other systems such as AD, Azure and 3rd party systems
• You will be highly motivated and very capable of working on and using your own initiative.
• Strong technical and UI/design skills are required
• Solution development both technical and process driven
• Decisive, Creative, Analytical and Pro-active thinker.
• Autonomously analyses complex problems; identifies critical elements and alternatives, organises existing resources and new information to implement most appropriate solution.
• Is able to communicate and interact to readily and clearly define issues and predict effects/outcomes. Ensures users understand the scope of their requests and the consequence of their decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
• In depth knowledge of ServiceNow core application latest version, UI and workflow configuration, report development, integration components, ie LDAP, SSO, Rest API
• Understanding of client side and Server Side Scripting, business rules, script actions
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• JavaScript and Angular would be advantageous

Our client are working on a hybrid basis and have offices across most cities in the UK that this role can be based from.
