Harris Global are currently on the lookout for a Test Automation Engineer. This will be initial 6-month contract working for a Global client, with the likely HOOD to extend. The ideal candidate will have experience with developing, maintaining, and executing automation test scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts.
• Active usage and knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress (advantage)
• Set up test environment with necessary data and configurations for automation.
• Create and maintain automated API test suites in Postman for Salesforce and SnapLogic integrations.
• Plan and execute manual tests when automation is not feasible.
• Provide immediate feedback to the development team and ensure the quality of the product.
• Create detailed and structured test plans that cover all testing scenarios and edge cases.
• Regression testing after modifications to ensure that recent changes have not negatively impacted existing integrations.
• Develop and execute both manual and automated API tests in general.
• Salesforce, NetSuite, and SnapLogic Testing:
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the applications' business logic.
• Create and execute test plans for integration and functional scenarios.

Experience:

• Proven experience in developing, maintaining, and executing automation test scripts.
• Proficiency in test automation tools, with expertise in Selenium and Cypress (Javascript) being an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Postman for both automated and manual API testing
• Understanding of API concepts, including REST, SOAP, and web services
• Experience testing Salesforce, NetSuite, and SnapLogic integrations (beneficial)
• C# API testing (beneficial)
